Safety Link, LLC provides a business-to-business safety training platform enabling employers to deliver workplace safety training and compliance notifications to employees via SMS.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for obtaining proper consent from employees before sending SMS messages, complying with applicable laws including TCPA, maintaining accurate employee contact information, and honoring opt-out requests promptly.

Privacy: Safety Link does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes: Safety Link may update these Terms. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
