Safety Link, LLC provides a business-to-business safety training platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when organizations and their employees use our platform.
Information Collected: Business name, address, contact details, authorized representative info, billing/payment information, login credentials, employee names, mobile phone numbers (for SMS), and training completion records. We also automatically collect device identifiers, browser type, OS, IP address, platform usage data, and cookies.
How We Use Information: To provide and improve the platform, enable SMS delivery via Twilio on behalf of Clients, customer support, billing, legal compliance, and security.
SMS / Text Messaging: Safety Link does not independently initiate SMS messages. All SMS communications are initiated by the Client on behalf of their workforce. Reply STOP to opt out. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
Data Security: TLS/SSL encryption, access controls, regular security reviews. We use providers with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications.
